I subscribe to a few great websites that bring inspirational and enlightening information. I found one particular video to be quite helpful and illuminating. The basic idea is that we should take time often to stop and think about what we are doing. In that moment, we should be grateful for having that moment, because it is a gift. We are never guaranteed to have have any moments and are lucky to be able to enjoy them.
